• What is digital money?? 

Digital money is a form of money in which users find money online, I.e. e-money. Unlike paper money, you won't find tangible form of digital money.

User can use this money to buy or can spend on gaming, other limited purchases.

Commonwealth Youth Games 2021 postponed

• Previously Commonwealth Youth Games organised in 2021, but due to Corona virus pandemic ; CW youth games have be delayed till 2023.
• Later this year in July August 2020 Tokyo Olympic was scheduled to start but due to virus outbreak now it has been postponed till 2021.
• I.e. Delay in Olympic delays the CW youth games to 2023.
• Commonwealth Youth Games will be hosted by Carribbean nation Trinidad and Tobago in 2023.

Tropical Cyclone names released

• New names for the tropical cyclones have been published by the Indian Meteorological Department.
• Total of 169 name have been released by IMD
• 13 countries have participated and have given 13 names each for new cyclone names 
• Recently Amphan Cyclone which devastated Odisha, West Bengal and some parts of Bangladesh, name was given by Thailand.
• Another cyclone Nisarg, which devastated Maharashtra of India, named by Bangladesh.
• 13 countries are as follows: India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Myanmar, Oman, Thailand, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Iran.

Taskforce on National Infrastructure Pipeline has submitted it's report

• This Taskforce has given 3 Recommendations

1. Make a committee to monitor the National Infrastructure Pipeline progress and overcome any delays.
2. A committee to measure the financial support and resources.
3. A committee formed at ministerial level to follow up the implementation.

Infrastructure Goal of India 2025:

• Double farmers income by 2022
• Provide digital infrastructure
• Provide world class quality education
